Go on Berlin....

Sometimes I imagine myself as the Elisabeth Bennet of painters - painting Berlin apartments as if I was frolicking about the English countryside wearing a pretty dress. Sadly, the reality is quite the opposite.

We don't just paint things white, we also paint things grey!

Painting for a delightful lady with a delightful apartment. She has also raised the bar for clients -she fed us pizza for lunch...

A great thing about being a Lady Painter is the other great ladies you get to meet.

On my most recent visit to Bauhaus, I entered to the Boss' 'Born to Run', and exited to 'Final Countdown'. Bauhaus - building supply store of champions.

As you may have noticed from this post the Lady Painters like to get their gear about town by pedal power. One of my favourite Confucian sayings goes like this:

In a cycling city like Berlin, having four wheels and a large capacity boot is a revelation. An image of one of the Lady Painters with a full load including ladders is surely forthcoming.

What to name our trailer?

The official name is 'Roland Big Boy', but we are, you know, ladies, so this doesn't seem quite suitable. Ideas, anyone?

While chocolate generally fuels our afternoons, this kettle has changed our working life. Added to that are two special tea cups, printed with those '90s ducks wearing bow-ties, and without handles.
